SkyEagle Aviation Academy is a SEVIS (Student and Exchange Visitor Information System) approved flight school. The Academy is authorized under federal law to enroll International Students and Permanent Residents who are not citizens of The United States.
In accordance with SEVIS, the M1 Student Visa is issued only for those students who study flight training enrolled in the following Part 141 Courses: Private Pilot, Instrumental Rating, Commercial Pilot, Professional Pilot Program. A students curriculum may be permitted to change to Part 61 at any time during the program if Part 141 rules have not been met.
The fee to issue the I-20 form and email it is $500 (non-refundable).
An additional deposit of 50% of the total program cost is required for the student’s account (refundable if your visa application is denied). This deposit will be accessible once you commence your training.
The deposit is refundable if the visa application is denied but becomes non-refundable once the student visa is issued.
