At SkyEagle Aviation Academy, we pride ourselves on offering a boutique flight training experience. This means you get personalized, one-on-one training tailored to your needs. Whether you’re a local resident or an international student, we’re here to guide you every step of the way.

General Admission Process:

  1. Inquiry: Reach out to us via phone, email, or our online contact form.
  2. Consultation: Schedule a consultation to discuss your aviation goals and training needs if you are not sure about the program you need.
  3. Registration: Complete our online registration form below on this page.
  4. Documentation: Prepare the required documents and bring them to your first meeting in the office:
    • Enrollment application
    • Passport
    • Driver’s license or another proof of address and Photo ID
    • Signed training agreement (we will provide in person)
    • We also advise all students to acquire insurance.
    • Pilot license and medical (if you have one)
  5. Scheduling: We build a training schedule around your needs. Morning, evening, or weekend sessions – we’re flexible!
  6. Ground School: Every student will undergo ground training in a classroom setting, in addition to their flight training.
  7. Flight Training: Begin your practical flight training with our experienced instructors.
  8. Checkride: Once ready, we’ll assist in scheduling your checkride with a DPE.

International Students:

SkyEagle Aviation Academy is proud to welcome students from all over the world. Here’s what international students need to know:

General Information:

  • We’re located in sunny Fort Lauderdale, Florida, providing an ideal environment for flight training.
  • We offer comprehensive support to international students, including assistance with visas, TSA clearance, housing, and consultancy services.

M1 Visa Programs:

  • We’re a SEVIS approved flight school.
  • The M1 Student Visa is issued for specific Part 141 Courses.
  • There’s a cost associated with issuing the I-20 form and an additional deposit for the student account.

TSA Clearance:

  • Non-U.S. Citizens must obtain TSA authorization before receiving flight training.
  • We offer free assistance with any TSA questions you may have.

Required Documents for International Admission:

  • Enrollment application
  • Passport
  • Driver’s license or another proof of address and Photo ID
  • Signed training agreement
  • Insurance (advised)
  • Copy of the visa
  • Pilot license and medical (if you have one)
  • Letter of verification (if you need it for validation process or foreign based license issuance)

In accordance with SEVIS, the M1 Student Visa is issued only for those students who study flight training enrolled in the following Part 141 Courses: Private Pilot, Instrumental Rating, Commercial Pilot, Professional Pilot Program.  A students curriculum may be permitted to change to Part 61 at any time during the program if Part 141 rules have not been met.
