Since August 2019 SkyEagle Aviation Academy is proud to provide advanced flight training for its students. Now we have very powerful and maneuverable aircraft, the best for the best, Extra 330LX. Aircraft was developed in 2011 and start its career as a support aircraft for Red Bull Air Race, the world-famous Air Race show. Later on, Mike Goulian bought this plane for his company and flew some air shows. Now this plane at SkyEagle Aviation Academy available for a different type of training:

• Aerobatic Intro flight. The very basic flight with simple aerobatic maneuvers. We will familiarize you with loops, rolls (aileron roll, barrel roll, slow roll etc.), "hammerhead", "Cuban half" and spins. We will start from short preflight and safety briefing, we will discuss these maneuvers and how to do them. During 30-45 minutes of flight, you can also try to do rolls and loops by yourself!
• Spin training. Even if spin training required only for Flight Instructors by law, we think that EVERY pilot, even Private pilot student must fly for spin training to be a safer pilot, to know how to avoid spin and how to recover from spin if this happens. It's just one flight for 45-60 minutes when we will do a different kind of spins and recovery. After this training, you can be confident, if something bad happens to you in flight and you find yourself in a spin - you know how to recover! Of course this training is mandatory for all future flight instructors and we will be happy to give you "Spin Endorsement".
• UPRT training - upset prevention and recovery training. Maybe you know that one of the major causes of fatal aircraft crashes in recent years is Loss-of-control in Flight. It's sad but true - pilots became more "operators" flying on fully intelligent and automated modern airplanes. As a result, they loosing "stick-and-rudder" skills and when automatic fails, people just can not manage the airplane anymore. We can take you up in the air in the aerobatic plane and put you in a different unusual attitude and allows you to recover from these attitudes. It helps you to refresh your basic skills and gain proficiency.
• Basic Aerobatic training. For students, who want to get some proficiency in aerobatic flying we are happy to offer package of 5 lessons (5 hours of flight plus 3 hours of ground instruction) about basic principles of energy management, aerodynamic, and aerobatic maneuvers.
• Tailwheel training and endorsement. Finally, we can use our beautiful plane for tailwheel training and endorsement. You need 2-3 flights in a pattern to get experience in takeoff and landing with a "classic" landing gear configuration.
