According to Boeing’s 2025 Pilot and Technician Outlook, the global aviation industry will need 2.4 million new pilots, technicians, and crew members by 2044. This includes:

The strongest regional demand will come from North America, China, and Eurasia, which will collectively account for approximately 60% of new hires.
