We conduct training of commercial pilots using several training programs:
Commercial Pilot (Academy, part 141) — this program is created for those students, who already have the private pilot license and ready to improve their skills and prepare themselves for the beginning of their professional career as pilots of the civil aviation. Training is carried out in accordance with part 141 program and requires minimum 120 hours of flight time and 50 hours of theory. Minimum requirements: the private pilot license (FAA or national), a class 2 medical certificate, conversational English.
Commercial Pilot (individual program, part 61) — this program perfectly fits for those students, who already have the private pilot license with flight time that almost reaches 200 hours. In this case it’s more effective and economical to use the Chapter 61 CFR 14 and fulfill the necessary legal requirements to the experience and knowledge. Normally, in such cases training for the commercial pilot examination includes 7-10 flight hours as well as 10-15 hours of theory, but only if all other requirements about the flight time are fulfilled (night flights, cross-country flights, hours as the flying machine commander etc.). Minimum requirements: the private pilot license, instrument rating (advisable), a class 2 medical certificate, conversational English and 4th level of ICAO.
We also offer our the Jet Transition Course as an additional course, which allows you to obtain additional SIC rating (second-in-command) on LearJet 35 business jets. We also offer you PIC (pilot-in-command) training for Cessna Citation aircrafts. After obtaining the rating for the jet aircraft, you can qualify for a job as a pilot in the business aviation.
You can find more detailed information in corresponding sections of this website.
Keeping in mind that the commercial pilot training takes from several weeks to couple of months, we also offer some additional services for our students: place in our campus (a home for pilots) or help with apartment rent, car or bike rent, insurance for pilots, assistance in obtaining a M-1 student visa, additional English courses etc.
